All international shipments require specific documentation as directed by the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources (DAWR), Australian Customs Service and QIMR Berghofer.

These documents are specific for each shipment and are available from the QIMR Berghofer Safety team.

Instructions on how to present the documents are included in the documentation provided by the Safety team.

Please note:

1. DAWR policy allows for the destruction or return of shipments without the correct documentation;
2. Federal Express policy allows for any issues relating to documentation to be resolved within five days, where after it will be returned to the sender at their expense.
