Become a Corporate Partner
Change the world and become a leader through impactful corporate partnerships.
Invest with our researchers and other like-minded businesses
Your organisation will have the opportunity to help create considerable impact by shining a light on medical research. Create a future where being bold means leading the path to brilliance and continued vital medical research.
Your support means wide-ranging medical research will be able to reach regional and remote communities in Australia and around the world. Our corporate partners have made the bold commitment to support and align with the values of our researchers. Without their combined driving force, we would not be able to create change in our world by creating innovative health outcomes.
Believe your investment will create a future, where hope of today could lead to a cure tomorrow.
Mutually beneficial partnerships
Mutually beneficial partnerships ensure both organisations are able to celebrate their operational outcomes by:
Making the commitment to support and align within a value premise.
Commitment to the advancement of medical research and our researchers.
Showcase an innovative marketing campaign, transforming audiences to be more aware and passionate about making change.
Create a platform towards a goal of leading healthier lives and impacting positively on the wellbeing of individuals on a national and global level.
Delivering collaborative innovation has showcased the importance of medical research as an educational opportunity. QIMR Berghofer brings hope to future generations by mobilising on our research.

Airtrain
Airtrain is dedicated to shaping the future of brain cancer research at QIMR Berghofer.
Airtrain CEO Chris Basche, shares his personal journey with brain cancer to give hope to others.
“I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional medical team supporting me; their expertise has made an enormous difference in shaping my outlook. I maintain a positive attitude but I am acutely aware that finding a cure will offer hope to countless individuals grappling with the devastating diagnosis of brain cancer.” - Chris Basche, Airtrain CEO
Since 2023, Airtrain has encouraged its 1.5 million passengers to make small donations when purchasing tickets. Through cash collection tins, tap and pay points, and international currency collections, small change is making a big difference. So far, just over $30,000 has been raised for brain cancer research at QIMR Berghofer.
Each year, around 2,000 Australians are diagnosed with brain cancer, and 75% won’t survive. This partnership allows QIMR Berghofer to continue funding research programs that advance all the way to clinical trials.

Workplace Giving
It’s an opportunity to support our researchers, one pay at a time, and create a community of givers.
Your small change will create sustainable ongoing support for our programs. Workplace giving is a simple, cost-effective way to regularly donate to QIMR Berghofer. It provides employees with the opportunity to make regular pre-tax donations through automated payroll deductions without the need to keep and claim receipts.
You can make a big difference in helping our researchers plan for important projects and programs that may otherwise not be possible. As a staff member of an organisation or workplace, payroll donations are deducted from your gross salary before tax, potentially reducing your taxable income. You receive the tax benefit immediately rather than having to wait until the end of the financial year.
If your workplace already has a program, sign up today and you can start helping life-changing research straight away. If your workplace doesn’t currently have a workplace giving program contact us, and we can help get you started.
For Employers
