Dr Lu Wang is a Research Officer at the Functional Cancer Genomics Laboratory at QIMR Berghofer.
Dr Wang was awarded her PhD in molecular biology from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2023. She has continued as a post-doctoral researcher in the Functional Genetics group at QIMR, where her research focuses on understanding how the noncoding genome modulates cancer development.
Research Skills
She is an expert in CRISPR editing, high-throughput CRISPR screening in 2D and 3D cell cultures, noncoding RNAs, confocal microscopy and complex molecular assays.
